We are seeking a talented Technical Account Manager to join our team.
Description:
You will serve as a critical point-of-contact between Continuity and its customers.
Using both technical and business perspectives, help customers to maximize the value from AvailabilityGuard™ and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with different teams in the company- sales, customer success, support, product and R&D.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with large local and international enterprise companies (financial services, telecom, energy, gov, etc.).
Understanding of datacenter and application architectures (A/A, A/P, LB, HA, DR, Web App, DB).
The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Location: Tel Aviv + periodic overseas travel.
